Dear Customer,
Please be advised that the titles on the June 2008 Deleted Titles List (attached below) will be DELETED from the EMI CMG Distribution catalog effective Friday, June 27, 2008. All return authorization requests for these titles must be submitted no later than Friday, August 1, 2008 and all physical returns received in our Jacksonville, IL Distribution Center no later than Friday, September 26, 2008.
As a reminder, you may request your return authorization online today. To place a return online, an online partnership is required. After login, click on "My Account" on the main menu and click "Return Request" to receive an RA number in 2 business days.
Please remember to update your point of sale (POS) system to reflect these changes. If you have any questions about this information please contact your EMI CMG Distribution sales representative at 1 (800) 877-4443.
